As the northern spring arrives, designers are showing us their honed skills, and also their ability to price extremely reasonably. I’ve shown you a few selections below:
This dress I acquired as part of the Mix n Match hunt, from AT Design. Its been blogged elsewhere, but it is such a refreshing dress I had to show it too.
This little gem is from Bottlebird for this weeks Project Themeory. I am assured that all sculpts used are made by the designer, not pre purchased blanks!
This Collete skirt is new from Sn@tch and comes in a pack with a range of colours. I’ve teamed it with the Nylon Outfitters ‘Inner Ballerina’ tank
This Barrens dress is also from Sn@tch, and although not a new release, I’ve included because it such a lovely floaty dress, with detailed drapery across the back.

A little while ago I was invited to review a new-to-me skin designer, trading under the name Inaya. I agreed to this, and was most pleasantly surprised to receive a substantial review pack. Because of the sheer variety of skins, i will be doing a short series.
The first skin I found to my great delight is Maori, named for the indigenous people of New Zealand where I live. The has got to be one of the most beautiful brown skins i have seen yet. Not only that, this skin tone has been created with care, so that it is not just another lightened black skin, but truly reflects the unique pigment of the Maori. see for yourself…
Maori by Inaya. Hair by Miamai. Bikini is Infinity series by Boom.Jewellery by Dark Mouse
The body textures are well constructed with no misplacing. the breast shading is realistic and does not artificially uplift.
The face is attractive without a barbie look. The brows arch nicely. I am also wearing lovely brown eyes from Exodi, Zbilja in Rowan, and new lashes from Exile.
So..I dressed up to go dancing. Clothing by Plastik, jewellery new from Morantique, hair from Vanity.

As show, from these stores Inaya, Vanity Hair, Exodi, Exile, Boom, Plastik, Miamai, Morantique, Dark Mouse
And for those of you still reading, below is a youtube video of a much loved Maori band, playing live. it is typical of music in this country. Enjoy!

I think that for many of us, we have had the yearning, especially when we were children, to dress up as a fairy princess. Well, have I found the store for you!
Last night whilst participating in the Magic & Romance hunt, my attention was diverted to beautiful gowns on the wall at Deviance
The dress includes two lengths of sleeves, two different head wreaths and wings. The wand comes from another outfit available at the same store.
This is a really beautiful gown, with excellent detailing on it
I chose the Lucy – Blue doll lips skin from Ugly Duck to set this whimisical outfit
These dresses are available in various beautiful colours. the store itself is full of amazing costumes, clothing and the best leather pants I have seen
