After an enjoyable evening out dining with friends, I returned to find my desktop and monitor had cooled somewhat after having taken quite a beating the past few days. Cruising the feeds, Icame across the name of a store new to me posted by Suri Christen over at Free*Style. The store is named R.icielli, and its full of delicious seperates and dresses, realistically drawn and richly coloured.

A Village In Time

During my meanderings here and there, I stumbled across the name ‘Rustica‘ which piqued my curiosity enough to take a look to take some photographs. On arrival I was confronted by jaw-dropping beauty, the likes of which I have rarely seen in this virtual world.

Unbeknownst to me, I was greeted by the creator of this beautiful landscape, Maxwell Graf. I say this because although he was deep in conversation with me, I had crashed badly. However upon relog I was able to respond to him, and arrange a satisfactory disposition for the both of us.

I had intended to use the sim as a backdrop for fashion photography, but truly I could not do this without first taking some photos to show you of this build and the surrounding sims. Maxwell Graf has used our virtual environment as a canvas to bewitch and inspire us, beguile and transform our virtual lives, seduce and satiate our senses.

Neighboring Rustica are the sims of LagNmoor and Rune, both equally enchanting, however I only got as far as LagNmoor this visit.

Buildings, landscape, accessories in fact most things you can see are available for purchase.

My photographs do not do this justice. This is not a series of builds, this is art from an artist. Please go and visit for yourself, you will not regret it I can assure you.
